Strother Freetrappers Club News

Current News:
 

♦ At all our monthly shoots we will have a jack pot drawing that can be entered for $5 to be entered for a chance to make a shot to win the money pot.  Each person that enters will have their name drawn to set the shooting order.  Each person will then take their chance to shoot the "Jack Pot" target.  If someone hits the target then they win 50% of the pot, and 50% of the pot will go to the prize fund for the club, any remaining shooters are out until next time.  If everyone misses then the pot is carried to the next drawing.

♦ Monthly shoots (January, March, May, June, July, August, September, November & December).  will always be the first Sunday of the Month and is held at the Clubs Range outside Holden, MO. 
Club Meeting & Pot Luck Lunch at 11AM & Shoots start and 12:00 Noon.
 

♦ The first Sunday in February there is a meeting for the General Membership.  Thus, no monthly shoot, details to follow at a later date.

♦ The shoot in April is a special shoot that is the "Strother Freetrappers" State Team Championship Black Powder Shoot.; Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
Events include: Team Rifle, Team Pistol, Team Shotgun, Novelty Rifle, Novelty Trade Gun, Novelty Pistol, & Novelty Shotgun
 

♦ Also, this year The Big Muddy 9th Annual Mountain Man Rendezvous; this event is being held in Lexington, MO. This event will be Co Sponsored by Fort Osage Muzzleloaders & Strother Freetrappers
 

♦ The Strother Freetrappers Club Fall Rendezvous and Black Powder Shoot
It will be held at the Clubs Range outside Holden, MO.
